So since i have been and still battling anxiety it is rlly hare sometimes to talk to people. i don't wanna come across as rude so can someone tell me how do i tell my friends that i might not talk s much as i used to. im beginning to start accepting who i rlly am. but whenever i do talk it is like i am faking who i am so yeah.....
