I keep having dizzy spells and a weird popping in my ear. Feeling like it’s an aneurysm but everyone thinks I’m crazy. I did have a CT scan but I only just found out that shows bleeding (if one has ruptured). It doesn’t show if you actually have an aneurysm. So that freaked me out even more and I almost fainted upon finding that out. I’ve been to so many doctors. I haven’t had blood work done in a while though so that’s the next step. I’m going CRAZY. I feel so faint and tired. I just feel like I’m dying.

If you went to the e.r you must have told them your symptoms and they did the scan and then let you go because there is nothing concerning going on. If they didn't do blood work or if the Drs you are going to aren't doing blood work and running tests it's Bec they know it's nothing sinister going on.
To me it sounds like allergies and anxiety/panic attacks.

Ty for the reassurance. I’m trying to just think it’s panic attacks. I took my clonazepam which calmed me down a little but not much. I just feel so weird and tired. But I’m afraid if I fall asleep I won’t wake up or something. And I have this head pressure. I’m trueing not to go to the ER

Hi @Jennycard - I have been there. I'm so sorry you're going through this. So I will say that dizzy spells can absolutely be panic attacks - I get really disoriented during a panic attacks, and I have ringing in my ears. It also raises my blood pressure and makes my head feel like it's being squeezed. It's miserable, but it's not dangerous or deadly. What you're describing could also be something as simple as an inner ear infection, so just talk to your doctor when you're there. In the meantime, take some deep breaths and try to slow your brain down a little. It's ok to be tired - it WILL get better!

I've had the head pressure and ear popping for close to a month. I know it's stress and anxiety because I've had it before for extended periods and it goes away eventually.

Don't worry (easy to say), everything will be ok. We've all been there.

Thank you so much for your support. These headaches and ear pressure will be the death of me. I’m just so scared I have an aneurysm and no one is doing anything about it.
