Hi there! I’m new to the forum. I was organizing my collection of toys and I hit my head on my roof as I was in the upstairs, it didn’t hurt that much per se but now I just feel anxious and scared. Is this something I should go to the hospital for or is my head hurting because I’m anxious

Your head hurts because you hit it. If it would make you feel more comfortable, go to the hospital. This is one of those things that could go either way, depending on how hard you whacked it.

I didn’t hit it hard enough to leave any noticeable change no knot or bruise it was kind of like a knock

I think the head is super tough. Of course it’ll hurt, just keep an eye out.
