PLEASE HELP ME. Panic attack not going away

It's up and down. Looks like I'm going to have to drop out of graduate school. I can't really do anything yet. Anxiety is with me all the time. Been eating more though. This morning at 6am was particularly bad. I'll have my wife make me some bacon soon. Thanks for checking in. I really appreciate it.

It comes in hard waves. My anxiety focuses in on the thing that bothers me most. Right now it's dropping out of graduate school after all the sacrafices I've made to get there. It just dwells on it. I hate it. But love the support I'm getting here. Thanks to everyone.

What if you just take a break instead of dropping out completely? Can you do that?

It's the last two weeks of school. I can't force myself to get to school or focus on school work.

To add insult to injury I came down with pneumonia and had to go to the ER. Been bed ridden for four days now. Thanks for checking in though.

Thanks. Pneumonia going away and back to work here and there. The mornings sure are tough though. Just got my mood stabilizer replaced by Rexulti. See if this helps.
