Does anyone else have pins and needles in their hands and feet due to anxiety? For the last month or so I’ve had it in one or two fingers and it seems to be becoming more frequent. Tonight it was in my foot. Of course I’m overally focused on it and to be honest it’s annoying. I can’t help but think something is wrong since it’s a new symptom. My gut tells me it’s anxiety but besides my regular day to day stresses, I don’t feel that anxious. Anyone have the same experience?

Hi Foxtrot. Those sure sound like anxiety-related symptoms. However you might have a minor circulation problem particularly if your hands and feet get cold easily. I wouldn't make a special trip but would make sure to bring it up at my next doctor's appointment. But again, I'm confident it's probably anxiety that can give us all types of symptoms that drive us nuts. It's so nice to hear that you don't feel that anxious in general.

That makes perfect sense. I’ll bring it up at my next physical. Unless of course it’s manifests into something else
