You’ve got some attention seeking going on girl. Make sure you talk to your therapist about it. We all have problems here so don’t take me the wrong way. You should show your therapist your posts on here to give her/him an idea of what you are dealing with. Best of luck.

Update ig. Panicking but for other reasons.
I've been experiencing symptoms and I'm wondering if I should wait for my october 20th appointment or come in earlier as a standby. For reference I recently started back taking my zoloft after about a week or two hiatus, my period is beginning soon, and my anxiety has been worse since starting it back. I've been feeling soreness in my body after panic attacks, waves of pressure in my head, tingling in my arms sometimes, feeling like I have to go but sometimes little or nothing comes out, that or diarrhea. I just can't tell if it could be anxiety or something I can wait on. I also feel as if I've been breathing funny. Everything feels tired and sore and my breathing feels off. As if I could stop at any second or its hard to

Seems like you often eat at night. You might have GERD and choking on stomach acid that’s come up.

Also been on omeprazole, currently taking lansoprazole (basically the same thing) and they're amazing for GERD, deffo see if you can get some! Also, sleeping on your left hand side can lessen the effects too :)

Omeprazole is pretty good but it didn't do the trick for me. Instead, I used to take Pantoprazole, which is generic Protonix. That really helped me a ton.
