Hi there, Im new to this and I am desperate for new coping mechanisms and im hoping that being a part of this group will help me manage my anxiety and panic attacks . Things I have tried are breathing exercises, natural herbs such as kava root, minchex, magnesium. I have anxiety every day and my panic attacks are becoming more frequent . Over the years I have found small things that help talk myself out of fully panicking (this means full loss of consciousness ). I haven't completely passed out in a few years though I come close almost daily now if I have to leave the house. Its hard to go to resturaunts, I dread them, long car rides, trying new things, doing old things with old friends, everything. It keeps getting worse.
