Anyone else have this? 3 days ago I had a light scratching sensation down my back. Threw me into a massive panic attack. Ive been exhausted since. Hot and cold flashes, heart races every time I stand up and do anything, nausea, no appetite, heavy fatigue, fear is gone for the most part but everything else won't go away

This is absolutely common. I often feel the effects of an intense panic attack for several days, or possibly even a week or more. Try to relax (easier said than done), and take it easy. It will get better.

Have you found anything that helps with symptoms? I have back, shoulder and chest pain. Its very superficial, mild and comes and goes. Went to doc this morning and everything was normal besides an elevated heart rate and elevated blood pressure in one arm. Just can't seem to escape this rabbit hole, usually I can get myself out of it :/

Those pains are most likely caused by tension, which is a result of prolonged stress/anxiety. So addressing the anxiety itself will yield positive results in the long run. In the short term, however, no I don't really have any suggestions. Other than maybe exercise, if you don't already.
