Panic attack starting to form

Really bad headache tonight and my eyesight feels sooo strained? I don’t know if it’s from reading everyone’s eye sight posts or what, lol. I can feel a full on panic attack building up. This headache is getting worse and my mind is starting to go to ruptured aneurysm of course. I feel light headed and dizzy. Someone talk to me. I know this anxiety.

I havent had a panic attack in over 2 weeks! But tonight i feel a really weird feeling going on. What amkes you think theres something serious happening?

You know the best thing about panic attacks? They’re over quickly and they let out the built up anxiety.

When I feel one coming I just let it happen and talk myself through. I verbalize what’s happening. I’ll say to myself things like “oh, a panic attack, wonder why that’s happening?” And then when I feel the peak coming I’ll say “alright, here it comes, going up the roller coaster, getting ready for the drop!” And usually I’ll be past it within a minute or so and it really doesn’t peak. When you sort of laugh in the face of the panic attack it isn’t anywhere near as severe. Took me some time to be able to do that but it works wonderfully.
