Hi I’m really young it seems like to get Pancreatits (I’m 28 AND I DONT DRINK) but my stomach has been feeling very full, 24/7 bloating and now my back has been hurting really badly and it seems it’s from my stomach.

I haven’t been vomiting and I haven’t lost weight. Don’t think I have diabetes even tho my dad has it. Whenever I do push down onthe top of my stomach I feel like I’m going to faint however. Is there anything else this could be?

You may be having a severe digestive reaction, or IBS flare-up. It also sounds like indigestion to me, it can be quite bothersome.
I have a relative who experienced pancreatitis, as far as I know it's an extremely painful and debilitating acute situation, you would know it at some point. Excruciating pain is a predominant symptom as far as I know.

If it doesn't go away in a couple or days or rapidly gets worse, I suggest you ask a professional's opinion. I am a person with many digestive disorders in the family and I know for a fact that you can get lots of weird and painful strange symptoms in your whole body with digestion related troubles. Even with just trapped gas.

If you live in the US id get a food allergy test at Walgreens or quest diagnostics.
Cost about $150.
Best thing to do is try removing gluten from your diet and dairy for a few weeks.
If I eat gluten I'm bloated and gassy.

My mother had pancreatitis caused by gallstones. She was in excruciating, crippling pain, till the docs took her gallbladder out. Then she got better.

If you had pancreatitis, you'd know about it, you wouldn't be worrying about it, you'd know.
