Hi everyone,
I thought i would post my first ever thread, i am totally new to anything like this because of course it gives me major anxiety. for example what will peoples reactions be to what i write , will everyone think i am stupid and don't know what im talking about.
There are many more reasons why i have never shared how i feel.
I have had anxiety and depression ever since i was a child i am now nearly 30, i have been on many medications and at the moment i am on one that works but only masks the problem.
I have generalized anxiety and social anxiety, i get anxious about work , friends and at the moment i am anxious about having to go to work in the morning and what everyone will think of my post.
I hope most people can relate to how i feel most days which is mainly anxious and worried about a lot of things, i try to manage things the best i can which i have learnt how to do by trying to ignore the feelings i get or just deal with them because that's what i am used to doing.
At the moment i am trying to deal with my anxiety's as i also have a phobia of big dogs which i am getting counseling for, i am trying to read books on how to deal with it in different ways. I hope something will help as i know there has to be something out there that will and i just have to keep trying things until i can overcome it.
One i have at the moment is an amazon best seller, it is called help with anxiety and it has 150 tips to help overcome anxiety.
