Ok Chris, I was like you, the lean mean non-fighting machine until a couple years ago. After too many sweets it is time to get back in shape, get rid of that belly I never seemed to worry about getting. And I worry about everything. I 'm of the belief that you should only set attainable, realistic New Year's resolutions. So my goal will be one million sit-ups in 2019.
I want and need to lose weight as well! I checked out the Keto diet. You have to reduce your carbs intake to 20 - 50g per day. This should get you into ketostasis (?) and your body than start's to use fat and protein to fuel it.
Well i will see how it goes. Hard to say no to chocolate though.
