I’m new to this forum. I’ve never done anything like this before, thought it might help. I’m struggling with anxiety and don’t want to go on medication. Anyone have tips on self management?

You're right, RT, exercise can help those who have anxiety issues.

Meditating can also help calm you down, FB. Have you tried meditating before, and if so, have you found it to be helpful for you?

Exercise, meditation are definitely the ones to go with, Exercise keeps you busy and meditation clears your mind. I just start meditating and I can see the difference.

I have not tried meditation. I didn’t even think of that. I most definitely will though. I have tried exercise. Doesn’t help. I need something to help “in the moment”. I’ve decided to try medication. Going tomorrow to the dr. What do y’all take?
