Hi
I’m new to anxiety and was wondering if anybody else suffers with physical symptoms 24/7? I have constant chest pain and sharp shooting pains every single day even when I feel relaxed

Anxiety most often is a 24/7 deal. However, it is wise to consult a doctor about the pain, given you are “ new” to anxiety.

Welcome to the forum. As was said above, a visit to the doctor to begin with would be a good idea. Talking about the non stop pain. In this day and age that is not something you should have to live with. I am sure there must be something that can be done for it.

At times I do get physical symptoms for extended periods of time. I would be very careful though and make sure to see a doctor before putting it down to anxiety. Once you get the all clear that this is only anxiety, then you can focus on getting better with that side of things!
