Hey Ginger and Angelle. I’m a long time anxiety survivor. It kind of ebbs and flows for me. I’ve been on medication...didn’t do well with it and ended up coming off. Got dependent on benzodiazepines and had to wean myself off of those. Currently (last four years) clean and eating good foods, taking supplements and walking three miles a day. Depends on the day and circumstances as to how I’m feeling.
