Hi all, anyone know any natural remedies that work? I’m not going back to medication, I’m tired of it all. I’m looking for anything that can relieve my anxiety even a little bit. Any feedback is welcome, thanks.

Thanks, I do take vitamin D in the winter to help my SAD, I don’t know if it makes a difference to my anxiety though.

Make sure that you’re taking M7 K2 along with the D3. What kind and what you take it with makes a huge difference!

Thanks, I will look into it! So this helps your anxiety? I've never noticed a difference from taking vitamins alone..

I haven’t noticed a difference taking supplements, however I know in some people, a lack of vitamin D can cause depression.

I’m always kinda promoting L-Theanine and newly Magnesium. Personally, the combination of them both is the best. I feel calmer and more settled. Especially at night. L-Theanine seems to ease my night terrors.

I take Magnesium at night when I have a hard time sleeping. I take one tablet either 30 to 1hr before bed. And it helps me sleep through the night. Theres also valerian root for sleep. Fyi though it super mellows you out I'd suggest to start with a low mg first. I would also take Stress B Complex and those would make me feel more composed in the day time. But I agree L-theanine is good too. As well as Ashwagandha is for hormone balance, it helps reduce cortisol which is a stress hormone
I wanted to try these but never got around to.

You know, I was doing great with supplements and have gotten out of the habit. I need to get back to them. I also found Magnesium to be helpful, and also Relora.

I take a large magnesium supplement every day, it defo does help.
thanks to this page I’m now going to look into Ashwaghanda
Has anyone had any stomach problems from Ashwaghanda? I tend to get IBS and don’t want to kick it off ...

I've been taking Ashwaghanda for the last month it hasn't bothered my stomach. I haven't noticed any kind of difference since I started taking it.

Natural medications for our overall symptoms with anxiety can work.
The only issue is getting a check up to see if you're unbalanced in any other areas.
But for anything else I'd stick to medication if you have a sickness like something major.

The Bach flower essence help as well.
Magnesium glycinate helps.
Walking and yoga help.
These are part of what I do when I need to.
