I heard vitamin D work for Anxiety.Hi all, anyone know any natural remedies that work? I’m not going back to medication, I’m tired of it all. I’m looking for anything that can relieve my anxiety even a little bit. Any feedback is welcome, thanks.
Yes to BOTH of these.I’m always kinda promoting L-Theanine and newly Magnesium. Personally, the combination of them both is the best. I feel calmer and more settled. Especially at night. L-Theanine seems to ease my night terrors.
Never heard of these! What's in them?Say to good bye to stress supplements by Olly. Lots of great reviews. I just stared taking them yesterday. Fingers crossed.

You know, I was doing great with supplements and have gotten out of the habit. I need to get back to them. I also found Magnesium to be helpful, and also Relora.I take Magnesium at night when I have a hard time sleeping. I take one tablet either 30 to 1hr before bed. And it helps me sleep through the night. Theres also valerian root for sleep. Fyi though it super mellows you out I'd suggest to start with a low mg first. I would also take Stress B Complex and those would make me feel more composed in the day time. But I agree L-theanine is good too. As well as Ashwagandha is for hormone balance, it helps reduce cortisol which is a stress hormone
I wanted to try these but never got around to.
