I went to wash something off my porch earlier. Turns out I had forgotten and left the water hose on since Friday! So I used the spray nozzle and it sort of produced some backspray/mist like it always does. Some of those drops felt like they got in the tip of my nose.

I'm worried that would be an N Fowleri exposure. It's been really warm here and even though it's chlorinated city water I'm afraid conditions in the hose would have been right for it.

Thoughts?

0.0% chance. The handful of cases each year come from people taking in water into their mouth, nose etc, in a natural lake, river etc in a very hot climate, typically the south in the US. If I recall, you’re in Washington state? About 8 cases a year. You are not one of them
