My legs are weird

So I've been having pain in my legs for almost 3 weeks now, mostly when I'm standing or walking, on and off, and it's not because I've done anything unusual to hurt my muscles. I walk a lot everyday and yeah.
Usually the pain is behind my knees and calves, sometimes it's just random. But it's often accompanied by an overall WEIRD heavy sensation in my legs.

Absolutely not painful to the touch, only when I walk or stand up.
Of course I googled all my symptoms and it has to be related to blood circulation or nerves.

However I went to the doctor and she said I have nothing she knows of. I had a blood test that came back normal (But of course they didn't share the details). I asked if different tests could be done and she said no. That it was probably just stress and I need to exercise.

Well. I do know I have anxiety, but the pain is real and my legs/feet/knees get pretty cold at night which indicates poor circulation. Should I go to another doctor ? Because if it has to do with my heart, I don't have time to waste.

Btw I'm a 25 year old woman who doesn't smoke or eat fat foods at all, the only thing is I literally never exercise except for walking everyday.

So anyway I took a picture of my legs and I'm worried because they look super shiny (apparently it's bad?) And my veins are visible (or whatever that blue tone is all about? Looks like bruises? Sorry the photo was too large to upload)
Am I being ridiculous? Am I dying lol ? Probably not but anyway.
The anxiety is so high right now; if I can't even trust a doctor to tell me what's wrong with me, what can I do ? :(

Well shiny legs indicate good moisture, important for your skin. You can see the veins on everyone’s legs, even baby’s, that’s really normal:). Sometimes legs can hurt due to water accumulation, during your cycle. When I’m close to my period or ovulation, I get heavy legs sometimes. Also the funny thing is:banghead:, if you walk a lot and have increased it as well, then your muscles need to grow. This can sometimes be painful, because the muscle is rubbing against the bone. But that is normal really.

Are you taking any hormonal contraceptives? They can make you feel like that as well some times.

I don’t want to scare you :nailbiting:but I got my first spider veins in my mid 20s, which is also normal. They are harmless but just not pretty.

If you are not happy with your doc, go to another one explain your symptoms and have the tests done again.

Thank you so much :)
First of all I moisturize my legs all the time because otherwise, they are the only dry part of my body. Even when they're dry, still shiny! That's weird

I don't take contraceptives but it might have to do with my cycle, that's true ! Never thought of that.
I will get a new doctor that's for sure
