This was very comforting to watch, thank you for making this video. I think a lot of us needed that. Btw, my two year old was watching with me and he ran to put on a hat cause he liked yours so muchNo ms, als, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, chronic lyme disease. Psychosomatoformn disorder aka chronic anxiety..
Ive actually had this happen to me throughout this past year could never figure it out.theres so many things it could be..my newest symptom is my leg buzzing like a cell phone is on vibrate in my leg... your neuro tested, its not als...i'd say just push on..my arms cramp up a lot if i squeeze or grip things too long.. if i rest my elbows on arm rests of a chair my hands tighten up and move involuntarily.. im kinda glad i have more symptoms and no real weakness, i can deal with anything else..
well i told my neuro, since he said i dont have als and i dont have ms im not seeking any further answers, but like you said i have been studying what does and doesnt harm nerves as far as nutrition and even environment. i spend large amounts of time reading studies on pubmed about neuroprotective elements... one of the best i've found outside of the typical dopamines is L-Serine, but i always keep in mind the synergistic properties, the balance and how things all work together and that there isnt just one thing you can take or increase that will yield results... everything requires balance.. for example meats have high iron, but since im currently on carnivore diet, raw dairy has the best calcium source to balance iron intake, and k2 is important in a few things like vitamin d3, and calcium metabolism.Wow brave man no EMG haha I used to think I was until all of this hit but yea have to take it as it comes I guess .....Crazy how no cause is an answer in 2020 lol I have a follow up with my neuro on the 21st Ill keep yall posted. Also are you guys supplementing with anything? I started a month ago on evrything that I could find that lowers oxidative stress and anything that has shown to exhibit neuroprotective properties. Ive been pretty careful as far as checking interactions. I mean IDK whats wrong with me but doing something always feels better than doing nothing!
its in egg yolks, kefir, grass fed whole cow milk, butter, liver, and bacterial fermented foods.
make sure you do vitamin c with your glutathione, and not orange juice or anything with sugar.. the sugar in oranges prevents vitamin C absorption... also you should do your egg yolks raw,egg whites cooked, egg whites have avidin which blocks biotin..and if you eat any nuts soak them, helps remove lectins, or even better..boil themAlso probably going to do NAC with glutathione after dinner instead of the OPC
Got it thanks ! Crazy the small things that can impact other things . You seem to have a lot of knowledge on diet .... so if you are only eating meats do you supplement for everything else?make sure you do vitamin c with your glutathione, and not orange juice or anything with sugar.. the sugar in oranges prevents vitamin C absorption... also you should do your egg yolks raw,egg whites cooked, egg whites have avidin which blocks biotin..and if you eat any nuts soak them, helps remove lectins, or even better..boil them
i eat nose to tail, organs, brain, tongue, marrow of all animals, 100% grass fed/pasture raised/ wild caught.. everything is nutrient balanced because what i eat is either fed its natural diet or eats it from the wild its caught or hunted from.. that being said.. the only nutrient thats difficult on this diet is vitamin C.. i used to be on a modified paleo diet when i started having really bad symptoms of weakness and fatigue. and it helped a lot but after a while i started having other weird symptoms again.. so after researching anti nutrients i decided to try cutting out plant foods for a whileGot it thanks !
