Hi there.
Let me start by saying that I am fully aware that anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms. I've been dealing with anxiety for close to 10 years. For the most part, I am able to control it. But whenever a symptom comes along, it sends me through a downward spiral.
It started with right sided back pain, which was severe and I was in bed for about a week. Motrin and other OTC pain relievers did nothing for me. Since then, my anxiety has been up the roof. Lately, I have been dealing with flu like symptoms: body aches, shooting pains, muscle stiffness, muscle pain, tender areas. I've been on a quest to find info on fibro and CFS and that is what has me completely unable to concentrate on anything else. I am constantly trying to figure out what my symptoms can be and I don't sleep well and am doing poorly at work as the result.
Hoping someone here can offer some insight or anyone with fibro or CFS that can help?
