Meds not helping

This is week two. I'm still doing extremely extremely horrible. I dont know what else to do I'm at a loss. Not even improvements . Its hard to imagine its anxirty at this point.

I know what you mean. The first couple weeks were rough with me when taking meds. Hang in there and also ask your doc if there is anything they would reccomend.

Would they be working by now ?? I'm concerned of switching again

They say it can take up to 6 weeks. I know i was prescribed benzos to help when going on the meds. You should tell your doc, but I told mine a few weeks in and they told me to hang in there.

it can take 4-6 weeks for these meds to reach full effect and may require one or more dosage increases.

also, meds alone won't treat your health anxiety. that often requires additional cbt-type treatment.
