Has anyone ever taken the MBTI and/or Enneagram personality tests? They’re available for free on most websites and a great way to learn more about yourself and how you interact with others.

My Enneagram Type: 2 Wing 1

My MBTI Type: ISFJ

I believe they have been rather discredited in the psychology research literature. They don't mean much.

I'm not surprised to see you are an ISFJ. On the back of one of my books there is a quick description of each type; for this type the description is "a high sense of duty." From what you have previously written about how are interact on the job this describes you!

I guess I feel that I have enough going on that these tests won’t make a bit of difference. I am what I am and I’m learning to be ok with it. If everybody was identical, it would be a boring world.
