Mammogram on Monday. Flipping out and anxious!!

I’m having my annual mammogram on Monday and I’m so terrified that something Is wrong. I wish this screening didn’t do this to me every time. And in recent months I’ve been through so much - I don’t need one more thing to go wrong in my life.

So sorry to hear you've been through a lot. I had to have a mammogram for the first time in December to look into something. I was nervous also, but I kept telling myself, whatever the case is good or bad,nothing has changed inside of me before or after the mammogram, so I can just keep going on with my business until I get called with results. For some reason, this was comforting to me. I went, got it done and then kept myself busy to forget about it until I heard back.
