I’ll never understand how it is possible to be so lightheaded from anxiety

It's been tough for me too guys..the woozy, lightheaded feeling is driving me nuts all this last week and looks like this week will b the same. Today was bad. My spirits has been some better. Not near as agitated/irritable. It seems my stress is somewhat lower. My eyes are painful too at times. If I don't wear my glasses it isn't near as bad. Soon as I can I'm gonna get my eyes checked for that. Pvcs aren't as bad. The docs said the monitor showed im having pvcs and pacs but they feel they are denign. I've had them for yrs but had a spell about 6 weeks ago that was terrible! Started taking a magnesium supplement about 3 days or so ago. Gonna see if that will help. As far as my woozy feeling goes, I can take a .5 mg xanax and it will go away or reduce drastically. So I'm sure it's my anxiety. I've had all kinds of tests. The docs want to say inner ear issues, vertigo, etc etc.

Yessir. Have had it for months. I went 6-8 weeks here recently where it didn't act up at all but the last 2 weeks it's a daily thing. My eyes bother me too. Feel strained at times. It's kinda making me wonder if I need new glasses.
I had a real bad episode about 6 months ago. Had all kinds of tests. Docs labeled it vertigo. Im 47 so what dolks I knew of in my life that had it were in their 40s and 50s so I thought well maybe it is. But it's never really fully went away. I know it's anxiety related because a .5 xanax will stop it. And if I focus on other things like when im at work I'll notice it's gone.
