I feel GREAT!!! No Anxiety. I still feel a bit tensed, but I feel pretty darn good. It's good to grasp the good moments. I am listening to music..having a quite moment which is PRICELESS!!!! The things I enjoy is my medication...
CORRECTION: Things I enjoy is a little meditation/me time... not medication..LOL I also enjoy reading a good book.
Learning to live in the present moment is priceless and you find your anxiety is not as bad. You do not think about the past or tomorrow you live in the now.. PRICELESS!!! NOT AN EASY TASK BUT HERE'S TO LIVING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT!!!!
