Hi everyone! So I just noticed earlier that when I stand still, my right leg feels like it’s trembling. I can actually see the trembling slightly.

I also have had twitching in my left hand for about 3 weeks so now these two things together are freaking me out.

Is this a sign of ALS? I got an MRI and EMG about 3 months ago. Could something have developed?

Its unlikely something would have developed that quickly. My legs shake when I walk down stairs, and I noticed constant twitching in my right calf. Went through a ton of tests and ended up being fine. ALS is scary and it was really easy for me to jump down that rabbit hole. Anxiety can cause twitching and shaky legs can be a lot of things. For me, its a sign I need to eat

I had just finished eating when I noticed it. It’s only in one leg which is what’s freaking me out, and I don’t know that I would describe it as twitching. It’s more like a shaky, trembly feeling

I have that in both legs. The only thing I can say with certainty is the more you focus on it, the more you'll notice it and worry about it. Which will make it seem like its getting worse. Which will make you think about it more. One thing that helped me guage strength between different legs, was to stand on an edge on the balls of my feet. And lift my ankle up and down. As many times as I could on each leg. If they were even I worried less
