Hi. I'm having a never-ending panic attack. A few days ago I was sleeping and then got up to start the day. I realized my jaw hurt and then I looked in the mirror and the left side of my mouth started going numb. I tried to smile and left side wouldn't move. It went away a few minutes later. I feared a stroke or mini stroke and went to the ER the next day. They did a CT scan and said it looked normal. Trouble is, my arms are feeling tingly and numb now and other weird sensations are occurring like little muscle spasms in random places. I haven't slept in 3 days because of anxiety and the tingling. I was pretty stressed before the facial numbness so that could have caused it, but all the possiblities of what's going on with me is making everything feel worse and confusing because I can't tell if the anxiety is the cause or a symptom. I keep fearing a stroke because I also just read that a CT Scan won't show if I had a mini stroke (TIA). I feel like i'm just sitting around waiting to die. I hate this feeling!!!!

Have you tried keeping up with hydration, to make sure that isn't the issue? Also with some people, lack of salt, potassium and other needed items can cause issues similar to this if your body is pretty low on those items in the first place.
