Lead paint exposure fear.

My neighbor was sanding the wooden supports on his porch today, I was outside for about a minute while he was doing this. The house was built in the mid 50's so I'm afraid the paint he was sanding off contained lead. Now from my porch (where I was) to his porch is at least 20 feet apart, perhaps more. There was some what of a dust cloud but it wasn't seeming to float very far, and none that I could see near me.

Should I be worried about having inhaled some of it?
