Hope everyone is having a good day! Just wondering if I’m hyper focused on everything I feel, does anyone else get shivers easily and get that tingly/crawling feeling when it happens. Same thing like when I touch warm water I get that goosebump sensation almost everywhere or getting massaged. It’s not necessarily a bad feeling I just feel like I overly feel everything. Any shiver or touch I get tingles, want to know if this is a normal body reaction

People have a range of sensitivities to physical touch and sensation. My daughter feels every bump and scratch, my wife finds new bruises from walking into things and not realizing it. I don't get bothered much by pain, but if a breeze rustles my skin hairs it can give me goose bumps and crawly sensations. My daughter also really dislikes loud noises, shouting, and music played at volume. I love the sensation of bass hammering me at a concert.

I am wondering the same thing. Except my tingles happen constantly. Below my knees on legs, feet mostly and hands. I get cold easily on the limbs, shake shiver. I also get scalp/top of head tingles. These are what caused a huge panic attack and prompted me to get on meds. I'm on 4 weeks of zoloft 50mg and I still get those sensations but I do know that when I'm relaxed, just waking up, and/or not thinking about them, they don't happen (or I don't notice them). I am almost convinced they are just anxiety and my key fight or flight sensation. Because it scares me, my body will give me these sensations over and over. Hyper arousal or something like that. I could be wrong...

I get this too.. I’ve been told it’s just my nervous system on overdrive.

Yep. Mine have since went away since Monday. I am learning to be more calm and accepting all the sensations.
