Ive done something bad PLEASE HELP!

I googled heart failure and because ive been having palpitations and some on and off chest pains that arent seriously painful i started to freak out! Im only 22 and worried sick. My heart started to race again and i dont know what to think! Ive been gassy and havent been able to use the restroom my muscles tense up from my lower back all the way up to my scalp. Im so worried sick im going to want to call the Ambulance soon! Im crying and in tears because i dont know what to think! I visited my doctor and was told my heart had no irregular rhythms. My heart was beating with a normal rhythm but was beating fast. My blood pressure was at 130/78 and i had an ekg that was similar to one 2 months ago but this one said “possible pericarditis” which has stirred me to worry sick. Im super nervous i want everything to be ok and i dont want something scary to be told to me. I have so much in life i want to accomplish.

This sounds like a classic anxiety attack. You are going to be okay! You went to the doctor recently and it is fine. Your BP is okay and your doctor listened to the rhythm and said it was okay.

Just breathe, lay down, and just listen to the sound of whatever is going on around you. Keep breathing, slowly, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

It’s just a panic attack. It will pass and you will be okay.

Trust your Dr when they say that everything is fine. The symptoms will go away if you trust in them. In my experience If you think they could be wrong or made a mistake then it will only make your symptoms worse and prolong the problems.

I dont know why i worry so much. I just hate these constant palpitations.

this really just sounds like anxiety and will hopefully serve as a reminder that googling your worries is really bad. seriously, researching your symptoms will ALWAYS cause more anxiety than it relieves!
