Hello everyone...... was doing pretty good for a couple of months. Now I have every thing back. And for some reason I feel the worse I have ever felt. So it's like back to square one for me. Worrying about a disease I could have. Do I go see my doctor? No it's not COVID..... I have had this before but it just seems to be more intense. No energy, headaches, feeling light headed, weak, and shakey inside. Give me some tips on how to cope. I am so ready to ask for tests again.

That is one thing I have never had but I do know a few who have to deal with it.

Gale, it’s possible that things went like this...you were able to get out of your head for a while, which is great of course. Then you felt “something” that was similar to the old feelings. This began your neural pathways doing their thing, which is bringing you back, flooding your brain with all these old emotions. So then here comes another “symptom”, and another, leading to a cascade of old emotions.

Perhaps if you accept what has caused this, you can calm yourself. Certainly not easy, God knows.

As you know Bob I think I have MS but doctors say no it's all anxiety. After MRIs everything is normal. So why do symptoms still exist after 40 yrs. That's why I am so scared all the time. When symptoms go away for awhile I am fine..... Then they all return!!!! Is this how anxiety works? I do appreciate your replies it does make sense when you explain it. Do I ask for more testing or just accept it.

Oh Danny I hear you loud and clear. That is the worst feeling. I mostly get the feeling of being on a boat or swaying, burning sensation all over, fatigue, and headaches. I need a magic pill.

I did a few times. Was in a restaurant and it happened. Felt like everyone around me was animated and moving very slow. Had to leave. Other than that it happens but not as bad as that one. What do you feel like

Gale - have you considered the possibility of Lyme disease? If untreated this can come and go for years and years (as in a lifetime). And even if treated problems can persist. I personally don't believe anxiety causes all of these things doctors tell us they cause simply because they can't find what the problem is. But I do believe having an underlying, undiagnosed condition can cause anxiety. The condition doesn't have to be serious or dangerous but it can be enough to throw the body off balance and cause problems. It's unfortunate that most doctors don't have the time or whatever to try to figure out what is really wrong.

I never thought of that. But I don't remember being bitten by a tick. I think I brought this up one time and they did not think that was the problem. Just cannot stand feeling this way. Thank you for responding.
