Itchy feelings, infection perhaps?

Anxiety is acting up bad after going outside. I sat out there for close to an hour. To see if the mail guy would come around. A task from my mom.
Near lots of bugs and the like. I sit down to unwind a bit I just got in about 20 minutes ago. And then I feel a sensation.
Itchiness down at the bottom of my throat once I settle in. Try to ignore it. Then the itchiness is in my eyes. Not my eyelid. Eyeballs. I don't need to itch. But its there. Then the itchiness spreads to my mouth and roof of my mouth. I don't know if I'm dizzy when I first stand up because of anxiety or what. Ever since this morning and months my breathing seemed "irregular". I feel like I stop breathing sometimes or that its abnormal or I gulp and then forget to breathe after or all this other stuff that seems like Cheyne stokes.
And then I'm afraid of an infection with recent string if deaths in the dominican republic. And then this 13 year old girl in flordia died suddenly from a throat infection that spread.
All I wanted was a good and relaxing day. I was earlier. Skincare. TV. And then anxiety strikes and its all I can think about. Grr.. I just need reassurance.

Do you have any allergies? I know I've felt really itchy in my throat/eyes when I developed a grass allergy (in my 20s no less)

Reassurance is not going to solve anything. Might make you feel good for a short while. I was out in my garden yesterday too. Not been out much as of late because I had been in hospital. I came in and my throat felt itchy. With me I might simply drink some water. Then I wait an hour or so and see do I still feel the same way. Most times I don't. So I know there is nothing wrong with me. That is what you should start doing. Instead of thinking the worse, give it a few hours or even till the next day. See if it is still there or not. Chances are it will be gone.
