Itchiness where I got a shot

So I was overdue for my shot being 16 and all. The HPV one. I just got it on Friday a few days ago. All of my shots are usually sore a couple days. I'm fine with that, I can handle it. Not convenient but its fine. But I have a symptom that I haven't had before with my shots. At the site first off is a bump where the needle went. I never have bumps and this is weird to me. Then next to that is like a patch of itchiness that feels very similar to a mosquito bite. Except I haven't been out since the appointment, so I don't know how that could've happened. I'm thinking it has to do with the shot at this point.

Could you call the clinic and ask about it? I'm sure it's nothing, but they would for sure be able to tell you

You may have some allergic reaction, call the doctor and check, that's what I will do.
