Im in the middle of a testicular cancer scare, and i know i very very likely dont have cancer. If they cant find a tumor, then it has to be early stage right? so i should be good either way?

Should keep all your posts to one thread. So people know your back story. There is no cancer. You have had many opinions by doctors on that one. They told you out straight it was not cancer. People on here have said that too. Is in your mind. So nothing we can say will change how you think.
