i’m having pins and needles ALL OVER / numbness at my foot/muscle pain/what feels like a forced vision/muscle twitches and it is scareing me out like seriously scaring me that All I am doing is staying at my bed all day, Because I think I have something serious. I went to a neurologist and my examination was normal I was okay for few days but now it is back, stronger than before. P.s. I had an emotional breakdown two days earlier
I am starting to have thoughts I might have ms.. should i see another doctor? Could all of this be anxiety related? How can I help myself? I am really tired

MS seems to be a common one among us anxiety ridden Googlers (that was my guess about two months ago).
There's no logical way to convince you that this could be anxiety while the anxiety is going on.
If you read other people's posts it is a common pattern to feel better for a little while (after good news from a doctor or a clean bill of health from WebMD) just to have the fear creep back again.
Do you have symptoms then fears about specific diseases then have them subside then have them return?
The possibility that THIS TIME it's the real thing would be the biggest coincidence in history. But of course, as I said, you can't be talked out of this with logic.

My advice, which may not help you right now, is to pursue information and advice about anxiety when you feel better and are NOT in the throes of your health anxieties.
