Intense nausea and pangs

Has anyone else ever, for like nearly an entire day, been absolutely nauseous, SICK to their stomach. Like literally about to gag wanting to throw up for seemingly no reason? Literally it lasted from breakfast until just about a few hours ago. I ate a cheeseburger so its fine now but still. Anyone else?
Also does anyone else ever get pangs in their head that last for a few seconds then taper off.

Still feeling this. I don't know. Scares me so much. Makes me think of the delta variant that's coming around. I know I shouldn't give into fear mongering but its hard. And trying to make an appointment for these issues is making me more anxious. These people have rocks for brains and can't even make me a simple appointment to fit my schedule. Make fun all you want. Whatever. This sucks.

What exactly do you mean? Of course they can't cater to you. They have many other patients to see as well, and they probably have other reasons.

Not just that. They can't seem to schedule me at any time, at all, on any Tuesday or Thursday in the next few weeks. I'm not that unreasonable. I don't think so anyway. I'm not the only one. Still. Its frustrating because I really don't wanna call out of work for an appointment if I don't have to.

Those may be their busiest times, or they have other things on the schedule (such as professional development / training). Healthcare workers are very busy people, constantly having to stay on top of ever changing requirements for licensing and such.

If you have to miss work, you have to miss work. We have to sacrifice sometimes. It's not always ideal, but that's life.

Guess so. I guess I was worried about the job but I shouldn't. I hate that job anyway.

If you're usually there on time all the time and you're a good worker, they'd be ignorant to punish you for taking a short time off to maintain your health. If they do, that's shitty of them and I wouldn't work for them either.

Not being critical but maybe focus on making Appts with a therapist or someone in that department instead of for another physical ailment. I understand how anxiety sucks but obsessing constantly on physical symptoms and making countless Appts is not going to help but maybe a therapy type situation will.

Very good advice and "Grace360" work on yourself! Try to eat heathier, exercise, drink more water then maybe you will start to feel better and every little feeling you get won't make you think you are going to die. I mean you pretty much already know why you are concerned about your health you have a crappy diet and don't drink enough water. If you change that aspect in your life then maybe you will not be so scared about your health.

You could always go to a walk-in clinic and get in the same day, however I agree with the above that you need to focus on finding a therapist and getting help for your health anxiety first and foremost.

But you are. You, like many of us including myself, have health anxiety. We are all here because we are unreasonable. You are certainly unreasonable. Your fears are unreasonable and the healthcare professionals and front staff admin you are working with are likely very aware of that. You need to be as patient with them as they are with you.
