Finally I know I'm not the only one who feels this way! On wednesday I had a really bad anxiety attack and since then I can't get that idea out of my head. And? Lung cancer can cause a cough, heart attack can cause chest pain, stroke can cause head pain. Just because those things are true, doesn't mean those ailments are the cause of the symptoms.I’m scared though I read seizures can make you feel this way?

I don't quite have it as often as I am meds now. But when I did have it yes, It's almost like an acid trip. It's very odd. Very scary, and very bewildering! Like you are in a bubble and everything outside of you seems unreal, tunnel vision etc. I promise it's anxiety. You have anxiety that's why your on here!!
