Hi HA sufferers,
I am 27 and have been suffering from HA since I was about 21.
It was brought on when I started having my first migraines (of course i thought I had a brain tumour).
Prior to this, I NEVER had any health issues. Just minor colds, stomach bugs and the old injury from working out.
Not long after this my ex’s father passed away from heart complications which made this so much worse in terms of my HA.
I’m still trying to get a hold on it.
Anyway, my old psychologist suggested this resource https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources/Looking-After-Yourself/Health-Anxiety
It’s great and really puts things into perspective. Every time my HA is bad, I do it and I can only ever complete about 3-4 modules before my HA goes away or is improved significantly. There are 9 modules altogether and you’re meant to finish them all. But I never seem to get through them all because I feel like I’m cured! Andddd then it returns.
I’m determined with in self isolation to complete them all and get a grip on this a bit better.
i hope this resource can help others or maybe it already has helped you.
good luck.
And if anyone else has some useful resources add them to this thread.
