Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share a bit from my experience in hopes it might be helpful for someone going through something similar.
For a long time, I dealt with constant anxiety — racing thoughts, physical tension, and a general feeling of fear even when nothing was "wrong." I tried self-help tips, breathing exercises, and lifestyle changes. Some things helped temporarily, but I knew I needed something deeper.
Eventually, I reached out to a team of mental health professionals who offered support through both therapy and, where needed, medication. It made a big difference having someone really listen and guide me with a clear plan.
One thing that really helped was the flexibility of telepsychiatry — I could have sessions from home, which was way less stressful than going to a clinic.
I’m sharing this not as a promotion, but because I genuinely believe access to the right support can change lives. If anyone feels overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, I’d say: don’t wait. Talk to someone. There is help out there, and it does work.
If you’re looking for a starting point, feel free to message me — happy to share what helped me.
Stay strong everyone you're not alone in this.
