Not that I know of. Anxiety never killed anybody. I too have had many trips to the er over anxiety. Anxiety suffers have much in common, typically they analyze everything. That's usually what gets us in trouble. It breeds fear, then a very amazing, intended thing happens. It's actually a safety feature built in, it's called the fight or flight response. We just gotta figure out how to turn it off or delay it until it's actually needed. Our very own thought processes is where we start trying to correct this. Adrenalin causes many, many scary symptoms that we misinterpret as deadly symptoms, again, our analysis causes this. God bless you. I'm praying for you.
No is the correct answer to this one. Never heard of anybody dying from anxiety. I am sure if that was the case many members of this forum would be dead a long time. We are all still here.
I know you can't die from anxiety. Anxiety is a flood of chemicals triggered by the flight or fight reflex (which I wish would evolution its way out of here) I have been to the ER around 18 times for anxiety, and to my doctor at least 20 times. I have many symptoms that linger around my chest and heart, which scare me so terribly that in that moment I feel like this is the end. I have been having days where I have 2 or 3 full blown panic attacks but they are only lasting 15-20 minutes instead of a couple hours. I'm new to this site but I'm glad I found it.
