So in this thread we want to know how many different illnesses you assumed you had during your time with anxiety? Thread I always like to make. Gives people a good insight into the amount of things they assumed they had wrong with them over the years. If you want you can also tell me how many did you really have?

Oh man, don’t even get me started. I thought I had aids, pelvic inflammatory disease, I diagnosed myself with a short cervix during pregnancy. During this last bout of ha It started with als and ms. It then trickled down to lupus, heart disease, leukemia, pancreatitis, etc. there are a few that have slipped my mind. The only chronic disease I do have is Hashimotos, which is a huge contributor to my anxiety.

In no particular order, varying degrees of severity
Colon cancer
Breast cancer
Lupus
MS
Blood clot
Thyroid cancer
Ovarian cancer
Heart disease
Fibromyalgia
Brain tumour
Skin cancer
I can’t remember what else right now, but I’m sure there are more. Biggest ones were MS and colon cancer.
I’ve never had any of those, or anything else.
I do still think I actually have fibro though.
Currently stressing about ovarian cancer and Parkinson’s.

Brain tumor
Blood clot once or twice
Lymphoma
Leukemia
Lung cancer
Oral cancer
Skin cancer (namely malignant melanoma)
Heart disease (specifically heart attack)

I may have missed a few, but that basically sums it up. These days my only worries remain heart related. I'm at increased risk of early heart disease so I feel like it's great to be aware of it, and to monitor it, but anxiety tends to blow it out of proportion. I've had none of the above though.

The only semi-serious health issue I've ever had is atrial fibrillation once in 2016. And even that wasn't caused by a heart abnormality, but rather a "perfect storm" of otherwise unrelated factors.

I am concentrated more on cancers (all of them if precisely). Back hurts? - cancer, if I can feel my lymphnodes - cancer, random pain in stomach - cancer.

But other than that I have acid reflux (from anxiety of course).

Now that I write this all down it looks so stupid and funny, that I have this pathological fear of cancer.

I am planning to go to doctor for a full check up and then just take care of myself (sports and stuff), I really don't like myself now and I simply want to feel better.

lung failure
brain tumor

That was one of mine too . Trust your doctors . You would show issues in your blood work . You are fine

Numerous cancers...current fear is ovarian/cervical/vaginal. Have only one symptom and isn’t constant but it has been on and off for a good while now (not bleeding, bleeding seems to be the most common one) but I am anxious and kind of afraid of going to an OB/GYN..never been to one or had any of those tests done. Might have to soon though as some stuff I just read has spiked my fears.

I've had hypochondria for about 5.5 years. I've worried about all of these, and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting right now:
brain tumor
diabetes
leukemia
lymphoma
colon cancer
oral cancer (going to hospital to test for this soon)
nasal cancer
bone cancer (ended up being a cyst)
cervical cancer
STDs
sepsis
vision diseases that would cause blindness (actually spent hundreds of dollars on tests)
