I feel sleepy right now, even though I got my full eight hours of sleep last night.

Go figure.

It’s ok to cry sometimes! Don’t ever feel like you need to hold it in all of the time! If you need to release it by crying it’s a lot healthier than allowing it to build up in you! Never be ashamed or feel like you shouldn’t get your emotions out! Crying is healthy!!!
I was stressed today and after finally going a week with great sleep after two weeks of continuously crying and convincing myself of having a numerological disease and not sleeping...I am anxious again not so much about my health just had a rough day and I guess it is going into the night. Frustrating very frustrating

This!! I've been afraid I have a brain tumor (ct scan showed its fine) so I went 3 weeks with no sleep, not eating or drinking. Crying and laying on the couch all. Finally had several good days and some not so good but not awful days. My therapist said on Wednesday it would be a good idea to go back on my medicine. I decided to take it last night and now I'm just feeling the worst! Feeling the worst because if side effects, anxiety and more guilt because I feel like I'm neglecting my children (2 and 7)

I feel okayish, I was sitting with my grandma after I helped her move furniture and my whole left arm went numb, and tongue and I kept smelling weird smells and then I felt my pulse heart was beating fine so I calmed down and I feel okay now

For a couple months i have been dealing with anxiety/health anxiety. I just got married Nov 2nd and contributed the uprise in anxiety to that. It got somewhat better after wedding but then came back. Anytime a slight symptom which is irrational pops up it happens. I have noticed i am letting irrational thoughts happen more as of late, kind of like when I was a teenager(im 38)...none the less overall more anxiety as of the last couple to few months. When i am dealing with these types of anxiety seasons, morning is always the worst, where as night time is better. It is night now so i am on the better end. It amazes me how different you can feel from one end of the day to the other.

I've been feeling very down and hopeless lately. Really hope life gets better but I'm probably asking for too much
