I've been struggling with depression on and off, and lately it's been hitting harder. Some days it's tough just to get out of bed or care about anything. I’ve tried things like staying active and keeping a routine, but it only helps a little.
Have any of you found things that actually make a difference? Whether it’s therapy, meds, daily habits—anything. Just looking for real experiences and maybe a bit of hope.
