Feeling slightly dizzy off and on when just standing like my equilibrium is off.
Comes and goes but just worried.

Dizziness or slight lighheadiness is common, at least to me. I have it for years now, and all the doctors are telling me is normal and part of my anxiety.

Its readdy unconfrtable for me, and sometimes hard, but I try to live with it.

Concur with everybody, very common. Anxiety affects the entire body, not just the mind.

Common, especially when getting up quickly. Try slowing yourself down when getting up from a sitting or lying position.

Yes, it is very common in anxiety. Knowing why can help. Our blood pressure goes down when we lay or sit. While we are active it goes up. If we get up after sitting for a while dizziness can occur as the BP goes up suddenly. It is harmless but disconcerting. It can also be caused by wax in the ear. If it bothers anyone unduly then see your GP for reassurance.

It is mostly related to anxiety. You should take notice of yourself to identify other symptoms if you have to get yourself diagnose if you see any difference in your life. Anxiety and depression both are common mental illnesses nowadays.
If you don't have anxiety or depression still you should have to try some techniques/steps to make your life a better place.
To get rid of this condition you should do the following steps.
take time.
Eat nutritious food.
Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can increase anxiety and cause panic attacks.
Get enough sleep.
Exercise daily to make yourself fit and to maintain your health. ...
She took a deep breath.
Count to 10 slightly.

Best of luck.

Is it dizziness or vertigo? I gotta tell you, when things get going it’s hard to really tell the difference. I’d be curious about what types of feelings everyone is referring to when talking about dizziness.

Mine is not exactly dizziness, more like lightheadedness, its weird to explain, I think I am dizzy but then looks like my brain is just super foggy and tired.

Mine comes in strange waves. I can go for hours with nothing, then I’ll get several in a row. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing.

This is a relatively new feeling. I’ve haven’t necessarily experienced this before during my bouts with HA.
