How can I stop blushing?

I blush so easily at everything and its so embarrassing. I blush multiple times a day for such stupid reasons like I cant help it and I feel so awkward if Im talking to someone or just sitting in class and my face gets so hot and red. I even blush when Im with my friends or my family and I laugh it off or try to relax but it is humiliating. I dont know if it helps but I bring cold water everywhere I go just so I can drink it and maybe cool down my face when I feel like Im blushing.

I dont even know why Im blushing Im not shy or anything I just started blushing a lot more recently and its destroying me. Even before when I was blushing way less Id play it off because every once in a while people blush like its no big deal but now its just about everytime someone talks to me or looks at me or just at completely random times.

In one class I feel like Im blushing slightly because my face gets really warm and it lasts for the whole period like I dont know what to do.

It's ok. I went throght this kind of embarressment when I was young and I know how embarrassing it can make us feel. But knowing what I know now I would have just taken it in my stride. Ok, so what? Blush away until you realise it does not matter. We seem to be so concerned about what others may think of us, that common sense gets lost. If I am happy in my own skin and feel ok about myself, then to hell with the rest, with the proviso that I am behaving in a reasonable way to my fellow humans and are kind and considerate. Also, it is important to be kind to one's self. No one is perfect, but provided we own up to our hangups and do our best to eradicate them,
then we are well on our way. Try not to be so concerned about what others may think.

Yeah the burning face, my face does that and my ears burn. I hate that feeling. I actually have cold towel and stuff around that seems to help. But in public it can be a real pain. Mine leads to teeth clinched teeth at night. actually, broke a few, I think it major cause is the face muscles spasming getting tight. then the burn. Learning to relax the muscles can help. But that's not easy. Massaging neck and shoulders, and even your face might help to make the muscles relax. But people will think you're a little weird if you do that in public. But make it a daily thing at home. Ice on te back of your neck helps
