Taking life one day at a time is a good way to enjoy your life.

However, in my opinion, taking life one moment at a time is even better. A moment can last as long or as short as you want.

Had a good day yesterday but was really sleepy due to a pretty busy weekend. Busy is good though. Today has been good too. I hope everyone is well!

While I drive my car, I don't fear getting into an accident. Instead, I get afraid that my car will break down.

Otherwise, I enjoy driving my car.

Tomorrow should be a good day for me. Part of my day will likely be spent making more comments here on AnxietyCommunity.com. I'm looking forward to it.

I often worry about ours breaking down as well. Especially in desolate areas. I haven't driven alone in a very long time. I can drive as long as someone I know and trust is with me.

Tomorrow I need to clean. I've been really sleepy and unmotivated lately for some reason. I'm not depressed..just really fatigued. So I need to do quite a bit.

Yes. Sometimes I get anxious while riding in the car..mostly in desolate areas and so I will do anything I can on my phone..facebook normally.
I use to get very anxious when driving years ago. . in part due to a few vehicle accidents that were not my fault. I still get a little anxious but its sooooo much better. I am a better driver than a passenger.
My day today was very good. My daughter came over for a visit...we had such a great time. I refuse Anxiety to take over and lead my life... It does get better.

I will be glad to be able to say that someday. I'm so glad you are doing much better. My anxiety isn't due to fear of an accident..it's just the fear of being alone. I drive when my husband or mother in law are with me and outside of my sense of direction being absolutely terrible (I have to ask where I'm going..no matter how many times I've been there..I don't know what that's all about) I do good with it. I do get anxious if I'm stopped for any amount of time (stop light or road construction).
I'm glad you have a good time with your daughter! That is wonderful.

LadyBJ, I'm glad those car accidents you were in were not your fault.

DaughterOfTheKing, I believe that one day you will be able to truthfully say that your anxiety doesn't take over and lead your life anymore. Just keep working at it.

Thanks... It doesn't. I have my days but Anxiety is on the back burner. I manage it a lot better when it wants to give me a visit. That's one of the keys, learning how to manage it.
