Hi there. I'm new to the forum and I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here, not that anyone will reply to this, or more likely not even see this. I'm just here to express my view and personal opinion on a few things. I'm sorry if you disagree with anything I say, but it's just my opinion. I'm 17 years old and I'm from South Africa. That's in Africa (You'd think I wouldn't have to say that, but you'd be surprised at the amount of people that's asked where that is.) I am genuinely curious, how is the access to good professional mental health help in South Africa? And what is the affordability of access to a professional? And prescription medications?
