I didn't start having severely bad anxiety until last year. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 15 but during an inpatient EEG my heart stopped and the cardiology team thought it would be best to have a pacemaker be placed. Since then dealing with stress and anxiety has been crazy. I didn't know how bad it was until after the surgery. Adjusting has been a huge struggle (especially if you met my mother in law haha, bad joke) She's a lot to handle. Picture everybody loves Raymond I'm Debra without the kids. I don't take meds for it (hate meds) and am trying to find a work from home job because I am struggling to handle my stress levels. blek

Hello Grecian and welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry about your pacemaker. I can imagine the stress you have to deal with.

I also don't take medicine. I tend to stay away from all those chemicals.

I hope you find some good advice here on the forum.
