Hi Cheri. I just want you to know that you are not alone. I am dealing with depression and anxiety as well. I know it’s not easy. I’ve finally opened up to my family about it and it’s honestly made me feel a little better. They’ve been supportive and are working on getting me some help. I’ve started listening to motivational music, I’ve been opening up about my feelings/thoughts more, and I’ve been writing down my thoughts on an everyday basis.
